LANGUAGE INTERPRETER CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (Live over-the-phone voice translation) 中英口译员

We are currently looking to hire a Language Interpreter cum Customer Service Specialist role for our client who is one of the biggest language services company in the world. This position is open to most locations within Malaysia. The position may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.

  • Language Interpreter (English AND Mandarin, Khmer, Cantonese, Russian, Hakka Chin, Sorani, Karen OR Laotian)

  • 40 hours per week / based on schedule / 24 hours rotating shift / change schedule every quarter

  • Salary range from RM4800 to RM9600

  • EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave, MC, Medical Coverage and Insurance

 

For the role, we are proposing for the expectations :

  • COMPULSORY fluent in English (Read, Write & Speak)

  • COMPULSORY fluent in Mandarin, Khmer, Cantonese, Sorani, Russian, Hakka Chin, Karen OR Laotian (Read, Write & Speak)

  • Must be working from home

  • Need own laptop / PC with webcam

  • Own internet and phone landline

  • Must be willing to work rotating shift for 9 hours(including 1 hour lunch break) anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Mostly Night Shift)

  • They will be entitled to 2 days off in a week which will be rotating any day

  • Must be willing to work on Public Holidays as operation is 24/7
