Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients

Work closely with both outdoor and indoor sales teams to achieve global targets

Plan and implement marketing strategies for international business expansion

Develop proposals, sales quotas, and customized strategies for global clients

Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals

Maintain and update a detailed database of potential global clients

Make outbound calls and cold calls to explore new international opportunities

Collaborate with management on sales targets and market forecasts

Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts

Monitor market trends and identify global growth opportunities
Requirements

Willing to work flexible hours to support global time zones (not a 9–6 role)

Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Business Development, Marketing, Language & Linguistics, Human Resources, or Mass Communication

Proficient in English and Mandarin (for China market), Cantonese is an added advantage

Passionate about sales, self-driven, and results-oriented.
