As the Business Development Manager for Global Expansion, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of driving our expansion efforts in the Southeast Asia region, along with our clients. Leveraging your existing network and profound expertise, you will:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers in the region, identifying potential partners, and negotiating deals.

  • Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to penetrate new markets and solidify our presence.

  • Utilize your in-depth understanding of EOR, PEO, GEO, and payroll services to craft tailored solutions for clients, addressing their unique expansion needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Stay attuned to market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments, providing strategic insights to guide our expansion strategies.

  • Act as a thought leader and ambassador for our company, representing us at industry events, conferences, and seminars.



To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

  • Work experience in the related field for 6 years

  • Proven success in business development and expansion, with a demonstrable track record of securing new clients and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong proven regional network contacts in the fields of EOR, PEO, GEO, or other global expansion business.

  • Deep understanding of EOR, PEO, GEO, and payroll services.

  • Familiarity with Southeast Asia's business landscape and the ability to navigate its complexities and nuances.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset, enable you to identify opportunities and navigate challenges.

  • Flexibility and adaptability are crucial for thriving in a dynamic and evolving global business environment.


Remuneration Package:

  • Annual basis above MYR100k plus incentives and profit sharing. Salary negotiable.
