Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Intern

Are you a flexible and independent worker with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with others? As a Customer Centre that offers EOR Services, we are looking for Full Time Recruiter / Talent Acquisition who is fluent in Mandarin and English. Are you interested in building career with us? If so, we may just have the perfect opportunity for you. 


Job Description:

  • Screen CVs/Resume, conduct interviews and follow up candidates

  • Understanding underlying job description and requirements set by clients

  • Liaise with clients and candidates

  • Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process

  • Manage ATS(application tracking system)

  • Building a strong pool of candidate pipeline.

  • Actively engage with social media.

  • Utilize method to attract candidates, including: database searching, referrals, advertising, etc.

  • Ownership of end-to-end recruitment process.



  • Allowance: RM800 + attractive commission per successful onboarded candidate


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience

  • Pursued bachelor’s degree in business, marketing , psychology , human resource or related fields preferred

  • Familiar with Facebook, LinkedIn

  • Friendly and talkative

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Must be able to speak English and Mandarin

  • 3 months internship, upon completion will be offered full-time position ( upon company discretion)
