WFH Language Interpreter cum Customer Service Representative

​We are currently looking to hire Language Interpreters cum Customer Service Specialist roles for our client who is one of the biggest language services companies in the world. This position is open to all locations within Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Philippines/ Vietnam/ Cambodia and will be Work from Home (WFH).


  • The main task of the interpreter is handling professional calls (e.g insurance, legal, utilities, etc.) on-demand and acting as a language mediator between English-speaking and Mandarin/ Cantonese- speaking persons.

  • This role involves complex and technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.


  • Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax, and grammar for both English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.

  • Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translation modes.


  • Basic salary RM4,800 up to RM9,600

  • Work from Home/ Remote work (Based in Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Philippines/ Vietnam/ Cambodia)

  • Headset & electronic writing pad would be provided (WFH setups)

  • EPF, SOCSO, Medical, and Annual Leave where applicable

  • Incentives-based Performance up to RM3,000


  • Highly proficient in both English & Mandarin/ Cantonese

  • Permanent night shift (Working hours according to Pacific Time Zone)

  • Residents of Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Philippines/ Vietnam/ Cambodia (local & foreign)

  • Working schedule: 5 days/week on a rotational shift basis

  • 8 Working Hours + 1 Resting hour
