Service Description

1. To provide Contact Centre business continuity plan (BCP) to serve you with minimum interruption (we have built in place a ready Disaster Recovery (DR) site to continue operating the Contact Centre at an alternative location with complete Contact Centre infrastructure & facilities) ​2. To provide an alternative site as your Contact Centre (active or passive) Disaster Recovery site if you choose to host your own production Contact Centre at your own premise.
