Team Leader (English & Mandarin speaking)

•Working hours: 9am - 6pm
•Based in Penang or Kelana Centre Point, Petaling Jaya (on-site)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for client’s Cloud revenue, number of paying customers.
• Direct the telesales team as they contact customers via telephone to make sales transaction.
• Support and Coaching client’s Cloud Telesales team to ensure weekly KPI is achieved.
• Generate daily report for client’s Cloud Telesales Manager
• Working closely with Client’s POC /APAC cloud Manager by attending sales & client meeting to achieve monthly sales target.
• Evaluate the performance of Telesales agents, improve their capabilities, maintain healthy team climate.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or above
• Minimum 5 years’ experience especially in Sales Management
• Experience in call centre management, performance management, team management with team members of over 30 Headcount
• Field sales Experience in public cloud
• Language proficiency in Mandarin & English is mandatory

• Team management experience is required
• Experience in coaching and good in communication skills
• Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
• Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
• Fast learner and independent
